FiberwerX Policies on Purchase Agreement, Returns, and Exchanges
Shipping: Be advised that the customer is responsible for the purchase that they have made. All products shipped are insured through the freight company.
All Products that are shipped out have been professionally boxed to insure the integrity of the purchased product(s). Although rare, accidents due happen during the shipping process.
The Customer is suggested to COMPLETE A VISUAL INSPECTION before accepting the package. If Damage has occurred the customer is responsible for notifying the shipping company immediately. If notification is not made, this means you have willfully taken receipt of a damage product and the shipping company cannot be held liable and will not entertain any claims. ALL damaged parts must be addressed to the shipping company and a claim must be filed with the shipping company. FiberwerX does not accept returns on any products that have been shipped out.
Returns: All Returns must be made within 15 days of the original purchase. A 20% re-stocking fee will apply to all returns. Exchanges after the initial 15 days, may be made only if the original customer has a valid issue with the FiberwerX product(s).
NO returns on special orders. NO EXCEPTIONS.
NO returns or exchanges on Cut, Drilled, Painted or modified pieces.
ALL returns are subject to inspection before accepting returns.
ALL refunds are issued 60 days after returns are accepted.
ALL returns must be sent "Pre Paid" NO exceptions.
NO refunds on shipping or handling charges.
